Returns & Refunds Policy
At Luxy Appliance, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return and Exchange
- Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items not meeting these conditions, such as custom products or gift cards, cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@luxyappliance.com or use our Contact Form. Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Item number(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return
- Preferred resolution: refund or replacement
Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience, free of charge. All items must be returned by mail.
Refund and Processing
Upon receipt of the returned item, refunds will be processed immediately. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
- Custom products and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Items sent back without a return authorization will not be accepted.
