Exchange policy

At Luxy Appliance, we accept exchange or return for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Custom products and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Exchange or Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@luxyappliance.com or use our Contact Form. Provide the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • Item number(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Your preferred resolution: Exchange or Return.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, included in your package, at no cost to you. All returns must be made by mail.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed immediately.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Processing

  • For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped out to you.
  • The exchange process is free of charge, and the new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information for your exchanged item.

Exceptions

  • Custom products and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
  • Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
