ShowerGlyde Model SG2 - SB-SG2
The ShowerGlyde Model SG2 is a sliding transfer bench designed specifically for environments with a toilet adjacent to the tub. This innovative bench slides effortlessly over the tub and locks securely in two points, ensuring safe and stable transfers both inside and outside of the tub. The longer set of rails accommodates the use of the commode over the adjacent toilet, making it ideal for bathrooms with limited space.
SG2 can be assembled as either a left or right-hand unit, providing flexibility to fit your bathroom layout. A grab bar installed at the wall-side of the rails offers additional support during transfers. The bench is height adjustable, allowing for a clearance of up to a 19.5" tub, with optional extension legs available for taller tub lips (up to 25").
The SG2 comes standard with a seatbelt and offers three seat options: an open commode seat for over-toilet use, a reducer ring, and a solid seat insert. These features make the SG2 a versatile and essential addition to any bathroom requiring enhanced accessibility and safety.
