The Bakcou (BackCountry) STORM JAGER Full Suspension Electric Bike is gnarly, rugged and is able to conquer any terrain you throw at it.

This e-bike will chew up those rocky climbs and steep descents easily, while still allowing you to pull that trailer full of gear (not included) to and from your tree stand, blind, or favorite hunting spot. 

• Jager, the German word for hunter, pays homage to the German-engineered Rohloff hub that the Storm Jäger is built around.  The Rohloff Speed Hub is an internal gear hub, meaning this bicycle does not have a traditional cassette and derailleur system.

• This 14-speed hub is an engineering marvel; the huge gear ratio allows for high speeds and the ability to climb like a beast. Internal gear hubs require less maintenance than traditional derailleur systems. 

• With a majority of the mechanisms housed internally, the Rohloff Speed Hub is hassle-free when out in the backcountry.

• The full-suspension Storm Jäger features the superior power and performance of Bafang's ULTRA mid-drive motor.  With the diesel engine of mid-drive motors, the rear suspension of the Storm Jäger has to be just as strong. 

• The Rockshox Monarch Rear suspension gives this electric bike the ability to handle the torque and power of the Ultra motor without causing the frame to bend under intense loads. 

• The Ultra motor is referred to as a smart motor.  The speed, cadence, shift, brake, and torque sensors allow continuous feedback from the rider to the motor, allowing the motor to deliver precisely what you ask. 

• The internal gear hub and derailleur system allow for gears to be changed without pedalling.  These elements combine to give a very natural feeling ride.

• Bakcou combined the incredible performance of an Ultra motor with a full suspension frame and the top-of-the-line internal gear Rohloff hub to create the one and only Storm Jäger.
