Autel - MaxiEV CDT100 - HV Battery Discharge And Charge Unit - AUTEL-CDT100

The MaxiEV CDT100 is a high-voltage battery charger and discharger. It improves battery pack capacities with constant current charge and discharge modes. The CDT100 displays single-cell maximum/minimum voltage and other data onscreen in graphs, columns, and report forms with optional connectors. Zoom-in and zoom-out display capabilities. Industry applications include electric vehicle transporters, collision and mechanical repair shops, salvage yards, and vehicle warehouses. 

  • Multi-function unit. Wide voltage design, suitable for discharge, charge, and activation testing of modules with different voltage levels.

  • Multiple discharge modes. Made with high-efficiency aeronautical materials and advanced control technology to ensure efficient discharge. 

  •  High-efficiency charging. Ensures battery packs are fully charged, greatly improving charging efficiency

  • Battery pack activation. Allows setting of charge and discharge rules and cycle times, effectively improving battery pack capacity.

  • Communication mode. Equipped with RS485 and CAN data ports for communication.

  • Safety warnings. Issues warning for reverse connection, overtemperature, overcurrent, fan failure, overvoltage, etc.

  • Data acquisition. Maximum/minimum voltage, temperature, and other data of single cells can be collected and visually displayed on the screen in the form of column charts, reports, and curves, and can be partially zoomed in and out for easy observation.
