The unique heavy-duty spider grate has a removable trivet and can handle a range of cookware, from small saucepans to a 100 quart stock pot. There are numerous ways to cook; use the center brass burner to simmer delicate sauces at a low 400 BTU or remove the center ring grate and drop in a commercial wok. The integrated all-stainless counter cart offers smart side shelves for prep space and a pair of spacious drawers for easy storage of cooking accessories.
